Bridal Friday: How to Indian or Muslim Bridal Makeup Tutorial

By Contributor: Mahima

Getting ready as bride is every girls dream, that lehnga, Jwellery, makeup , shoes omggg that’s just phenomenal. Although I’m just 16 and there are almost 6-7 years for me get married. But still I always remain excited for the bridal makeup. So I thought of creating a INDIAN/PAKISTANI BRIDAL MAKEUP LOOK for the “Bridal Friday” but at the same time I wanted to take a break from the all time gold and those typical red and green colors, I wanted to do something which does include red and green but just a little bit. So here’s what I came up with:

How to apply Silver Bridal Eye Makeup:

Step1: Start of with eyes first as the eyeshadows will have fallouts. So yes, put on a cream eyeshadow all over lid. PRODUCT USED: Maybelline color tattoo in ‘pomegranate punk’

Step2: Take an army green color and work it in your crease using a crease brush.

Step3: Now take a red color and apply it to the area above your crease, almost close to your brow bone but not too close as the highlight is still about to come.

Step4: Now deepen your crease using a charcoal brown color.

Step5: Now take a dense brush and apply your highlight blending it into the red eye shadow, creating almost a gradient effect.

Step6: Funnn timeeeee! Now apply some silver glitter onto your lid using a flat brush and to make it stick to the lid use some eye lash glue by dabbing it on with your finger. (TIP: don’t have an eyelash glue? Use a lipgloss instead, it is sticky and will help the glitter to adhere to the lid). You can even use a gold glitter if your outfit has gold embroidery. PRODUCT USED: faces glitter.

Step7: Using that same crease brush that we used earlier apply the same charcoal brown at the outer corner taking it to the crease this will bring back the color which might have been faded way because of the glitter.

Step8: Apply that same army green to your lower lashline followed by the charcoal brown.

All e/s are from the coastal scents palette.use any eyeshadows you have which are similar in color. TIP: if your eyeshadows are not pigmented enough, use them wet.

Step9: Apply your eyeliner, see how I have made a point in the inner corner, this will elongate your eye even more. To make the point just extend your eyeliner on the upper lash line towards the inner corner, doing the same to your lower lash line, join them together. PRODUCT USED: Maybelline hyper glossy(black).

Step10: Apply your kaajal and mascara. I would suggest using a gel liner instead of kaajal as it lasts eyen longer, apply it both at your lower and upper waterline for that intense look. PRODUCT USED: mascara- loreal million lashes. Gel eyeliner- Clinique gel eyeliner.

      • Why should I be concerned OR jealous because of someone’s age when I am myself a kid? I Just know she is 18 will turn 19 and there was no need to shed off 2 years and there is absolutely no need for you to snap at you for that
