  1. I’ve tried eating raw amlas a lot, Vanaathi and every time I did that, I felt no less than a “Khatron ke Khiladi” participant.   3. I have started using amla juice just a few months ago and Patanjali is the only brand I have used. Therefore I can’t comment on the color but before I used to eat amla or murabba to get the benefits (never extracted juice at home)but the amla juice is really handy and can be used everyday.
