Emma Watson at Oscars 2014: Makeup and Hair
Someone just asked me a question on facebook on Emma Watson’s deep lipstick hue. Young girls (the Harry Potter generation) just adore her..including me! I’m a big Emma fan myself. So the query was on her deep ruby red lips which stood out among a sea of beige and nudes. Seriously whats up Hollywood? Its winter time and you ditch those oranges and pinks for deep, mysterious and rich makeup shades and here they are..all wearing nothing but nude. Not just makeup but the gown too. The Academy Awards this year seriously lacked colour.
I’ve a fairly good idea about the brand and shade she is wearing. Although she represents Lancome but I think it is MAC Viva Glam 1. Just follow the link to see Agnirupa wearing it and you will know. In most pics her lips appeared matte but the close up shots show a lip gloss on top.
I’m not a huge fan of the silver grey gown she wore to the Oscars but totally love the messy hair look. My straight hair never look messy..ever! I totally need a back comb and extra 5mins in the morning.
She is follow the no.1 makeup rule here – match your lipstick shade with your blush. We seem to think that a red blush with a red lipstick looks over done but look how it totally completes the look. Minimal eyes and 2 coats of mascara complete the look.
What do you think about the lipstick shade? The Viva Glam Original is what I think it is. You have any recommendations?I don’t own any of the images in this post

Hi would you mind stating which blog platform you’re using? I’m going to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a hard time choosing between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something completely unique. P.S Sorry for being off-topic but I had to ask!
