The color and texture: This is a no frills base coat for nail improvement and management. Transparent in color, it provides sheer glassy coverage to the nails. It does well as both base and top coat. It has a thick consistency and hence starts to thicken in the bottle after repetitive usage. I make sure I lid it quickly after application and turn the fan off during the application. I have been using it since a few months now and I do see slight thickening on the paint. Having said that, it has only an ok drying power and takes a few minute to dry up on your nails . Those of us who have been spoilt by the “quick dry” genre of nail polishes might find that a bit bothersome.

The applicator brush: The applicator brush is a big disappointment. It is a long skinny one that brings out loads of the polish all along its length and blobs it on the nail at one place. One needs to spread the paint quickly all over the nail as it starts to thicken very fast. The brush bristles are of good quality and do not feather out.
The packaging: Sally Hansen Miracle Cure comes in a blue oval bottle with a slender golden cap. The packaging could seem bulky for a few as the glass bottle is heavy. I personally like my nail paints to be tiny and light so that I can fit at least a few in my bag.

The Miracle Cure effect: To put it in simple words, Sally Hansen Miracle Cure does what it claims. My toe thumb nails have always peeled like no one’s business leaving me with embarrass ingly ugly nail remains that were sometimes even painful. I have not seen any of my nails chip off ever since I started using this polish
