Oriflame The One Eyeliner Stylo Black and Blue Review
Have you met your THE ONE? Some of us are lucky in this business and have already found their perfect match. But for those poor souls out there..well you have VNA to the rescue. If you are still getting sleepless nights over THE ONE, can’t eat, can’t sleep, can’t shop then meet Oriflame The One Eyeliner Stylo. What? Jesus I meant eyeliners! I cannot help you out in the other department! Meet the two shades I am raving about – Blue and Black. Let’s start with the reviews and swatches.
Oriflame Claims: Oriflame The ONE Eyeliner Stylo has a soft felt tip which delivers a smooth, precise line without dragging or stopping. It is suitable for contact lens wearers, and is Ophthalmologically tested. The intense pigments deliver rich colour intensity and have been given a positive response of 99% when consumer tested on 67 women. Also it lasts upto 24 hours
My Review:
Oriflame Stylo Black is a jet black eyeliner as the name suggests. After drying it sets to a matte finish. The pigmentation is good and goes opaque in a single swipe which I like. Eyeliners which need 2-3 swipes to show up properly just mess up the wing so it scores in that department.
Oriflame Stylo Blue is an inky blue shade with matte finish. It would suit almost every skin tone specially us Indians with brown eyes. Its appropriate for work or college where you don’t want to attract too much attention with your makeup but still want to play around with colours. A friend who had recently started working asked your beauty blogger for good deep blue eyeliner options without being too shimmery or glossy and yours truly could not suggest one at that time. I’m gonna go and whatsapp her this link right now.
The eyeliner comes in a simple sketch pen like packaging with a felt tip. The tip is thin enough to make thin lines and stiff enough to create wings and cat eyes with ease. The tip is quite soft so doesn’t irritate the eyes. The cap shuts tightly so its easy to carry around. If liquid eyeliner brushes give you a hard time then pen eyeliners are your thing.
It dries quickly setting into a matte finish and doesn’t budge until you rub your eyes. Its not waterproof so comes off easily but girls with oily lids should use it with caution. I guess winters is the best time to try these out. On average it stays on me eyes for about 5-6 hours.
Its cheaper than my other favourite pen eyeliner – L’Oreal Super Liner. And you can get it at good discounts if you keep track of the offers. I used to buy from this Oriflame rep who is I guess a manager at the Delhi branch and used to give me such great deals. So yep the more generous your rep is, the bigger discount you get *wink wink*

Pros of Oriflame The One Eyeliner Stylo Blue:
Deep intense shades with good pigmentation. I love the blue especially.
Fuss free and travel friendly packaging
The tip is stiff and doesn’t wiggle when you use it so good for eye makeup beginners especially in the cat eyeliner department
Can be used to apply thin lines too because of the pointy tip
Stays on for a good 5-6 hours easily
Cons of Oriflame The One Eyeliner Stylo Black:
Its not waterproof and comes off with a little rubbing. Its okay in winters but can be problematic for those with oily lids in summers
Price: Rs.499 each
VNA Rating: 4/5
So is it for you? I’ve been a fan of the orflame stylo pens ever since I got introduced with this brand. And these new ones under the The One range carry the same quality. If you struggle with liquid liner brushes then pen eyeliners are the way to go. And these are one of the good budget options available in India. I like the blue one a lot..because I love blue (or green..or purple..I won’t mind any shade)
I’ve the brown one and I really don’t like it… lol
really? but this range doesn’t have a brown yet
There indeed was a pen liner Oriflame launched like 4-5 years back….and I agree that it sucked big time.
But the present one is totally great.
Looks like a great product..
