As I told you in my last skin care review, I have a host of Olay products to test and give you updates. Today I have the lovely anti-ageing night cream to talk about. Having run through my The Body Shop aloe soothing cream, I was delighted to get this new Total Effects night cream with 7 in 1 Anti Ageing benefits to try. I had already heard great reviews

about it and its time for me to give you mine. For reference I have combination oily sensitive skin which gets dry in winters. Let’s go straight to the review and see what benefits or 7 effects it has.

Smoothening your skin texture and fighting the 7 signs of ageing effectively, this night cream reduces the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and age spots. Breathe life into your dull skin with this cream that leaves it moisturized and supple.

This cream is safe to be used and does not cause allergic reactions as it is dermatologically tested. Being non-comedogenic in nature, this cream will not clog your pores.

Ingredients: Water, glycerin, niacinamide, isohexadecane, dimethicone, isopropyl isostearate, polyacrylamide, cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, stearyl alcohol, benzyl alcohol, hydrolyzed wheat protein and other beneficial ingredients make this night cream work well on you to give your skin a well-nourished look.

My Review:

This variant of 7 in 1 night cream comes packaged in a very classy grey tub with a black screw-on lid which looks very expensive and heavy as if made of glass but its not! I like the illusion and it is light and easy to carry around. Only issue is the hygienic part, dipping fingers to get the cream is so not nice.

The cream is creamy white with a soft and smooth texture which is lovely and not at all heavy. It applies easily and evenly on my toned skin and requires almost no massaging as it sinks in pretty quickly! My skin immediately feels very smooth and plump without any feel of stickiness/greasiness.

When I wake up in the morning, there is no sign of oil on my t-zone (surprise surprise) and my skin looks well-rested and supple. There are no dry patches around my nose or cheeks either which I suffer from sometimes in winter. I have been using it for almost a month now and though I have no noticeable lines/wrinkles issue, I do have pores around my nose and I believe they look less prominent !

As for lasting effects, I will be able to realize that once I finish this off. There is a mild creamy fragrance of this cream which I quite like and it certainly is not disturbing or overwhelming, fading in moments.

Do I recommend? I haven’t tried much Olay products in the past and am really happy to have tried both the day and night creams! I am liking this smooth texture of this cream a lot and I definitely like the effect it gives to my skin, making it look plump and healthy. Do try it out ladies.
