I’m slowly venturing into the pink category. After going all pastel pink with the blog layout, I’m now testing the waters with this pink nail paint before going all pinky on my lips. Honestly I always thought pink is not for dusky Indian skin. Coral and peach are more my kind of shades. But boy I was wrong. Pink suits me! So presenting to you my first ever pink nail color from our desi favourite brand Lakme. Lakme added some more shades to the 9 to 5 Long Wear Nail Color range with the Office Stylist range. The one I’m reviewing is a shade called Candy Power.
Now everytime I look at my hands I feel so girly and lady like. I know it must be pretty normal for you but this is my first pink nail color so please bear! Candy Power is a soft baby pink kind of shade. The quality of these Lakme 9 to 5 nail colors is good. It lasts for 2-3 days without any chipping. You can ofcourse the wear time by using a top coat.

Pretty colour, but looks like it goes on a bit streaky, but can't really complain for the price. The Absolute nail varnishes cost over Rs 450 right?
no it isnt streaky supria. I just applied 2 coats. yup d gel nail polishes are priced at Rs.400
