Hi Vasu! Thanks for writing in. Neena Gupta is wearing either a frost mauve lipstick or a matte/creamy mauve with a shimmery lipgloss on top of it. The colour seems to have worn off. Nobody has ever written me for a mauve lipstick so I never get to show off my
- L’Oreal Infallible Lipstick Enduring Berry: Its a matte berry mauve with a hint of frosty shimmer.
- Maybelline Moisture Extreme Iced Orchid: This one is a creamy mauve with tiny shimmer in it.
Now below are the lipsticks which are the same pink mauve as Neena Gupta’s but without the shimmer so you would require a clear lipgloss on top of them.
- Avon Ultra color Rich Dream Fuschia: Its a creamy pink mauve shade. Very pretty. Avon Ultra Color range is a hit.
- Avon Ultra Color Rich Patina: Again from the same range. I’ve infact reviewed it (click on the name). It was my first ever lip swatch so its kinda special. But noooooo don’t go looking for it, its quite bad!
- Chambor Powder Matte Lipstick Pink Devil: This is a powdery matte but the colour is similar. Would require a lipgloss on top.

I just uploaded the brand new pastel social media icons on the right below the Email form (oh btw that’s new too). Actually every thing is new! But its so difficult to choose. I almost went inkky-poonky for the icons. But then sanity prevailed and I called up the sailor. Poor boy. He had to spend some half an hour on his tiny mobile phone screen to see what exactly was I talking about.
