Okay coming to the movie, being a beauty&fashion blogger I closely inspected everything, and yes in some of the scenes I wanted to shout “Gimme that broad-brimmed hat ” “gimme that high waisted jeans” “Are you wearing Cosmo??” “gimme those antique rings” “Is that Russian red?”
She is extremely tanned in the movie, a much needed break from the snow-white fairies of bollywood( I’m anti-Katrina), so I liked her more. Plus the fact that she is looking just like every other woman without those blemishes and spots concealed (which I think is intentional-thank you Mr.make-up artist) Also the way her makeup done to make her look old was fabulous. I was wondering who the makeup artist was and then I found he was the same guy who did Pitt’s makeup in The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button ! Well I did say it was fabulous..I’m getting good at all these things I feel..blogging is doing its work!
Oh I again forgot about the movie. Its loosely based on Ruskin Bond’s short story Susanna’s Seven Husbands. She is extremely unlucky in love and in her pursuit to find true love she gets married 7 times and killed them all. Everytime she married a new guy, I’d start wondering what would this guy do to piss her off. The mystery of 7th murder is still a mystery to me. Go watch it and tell me your interpretation of it. She was getting more and more scarier with every murder!
You should definitely go watch it and if you like thrillers then nothing like it! Darling aakho se aakhe chaar karne do ;) And just look at this pic: :DD
