After my HOP (hooked on pink phase) that can be found out through my previous reviews on MAC Lickable and Dior Lucky, another phased that I entered into was OOO (oomphed on orange) what did u think?? Hawww we talk to the point here at VNA! I actually walked in to a MAC st ore  to get some kind of understated pink or soft nude kind color but you know the candy girl inside me starts screaming towards the bright colors as soon as I see the MAC lipstick stands so there I came out with my bam-in-the-face orange MAC SO CHAUD that I’m gonna review and swatch today.

It is in my favourite texture matte (I have a creamy lust for matte lipcolors or basically matte everything) So Chaud is one of those colors that tends to show up differetntly in different lights. Smetimes it seems a good girl mute orange sometimes a mischevious candy orange or sometimes the rockstar in the tube. So Chaud means so warm orange.

Now this is the only lipstick ever by MAC apart from my girl about town that I have no complains with so in this review you wont read about any cons. Kudos MAC!!

This is one lipstick which makes me happy when I open the cap and twist up the bullet. Seriously in this summer it seems candy to my eyes and ofcourse it’s a perfect serving for my OOO situation. It’s a bright but warm as described by MAC. Like you wear and its in your face but without being uncomfortable or over the top. It’s a color that can be rocked by somebody who is 19 as well as someone who is 52. So that’s my song for so chaud without further ado lets hop on to my review

Pros and only pros of MAC So Chaud Lipstick:

• The biggest heart winning factor is despite being a matte its sooo creamy but yet lives up to its name and gives a no shine finish
• Even though its matte it wont accentuate dry parts of your lips but as a precaution we should well moisturise our lips before wearing any matte color
• Staying power is good and doesn’t transfer a lot. I wore it on a flight to delhi from banglore and then from the airport to my house and then had some chips and tang and it stayed on so you guys can calculate
• A very very versatile shade that would compliment an array of Indian skin tones
• A must have in the stash no matter what age you are.. even if you are not comfortable enough wearing bold shades you can just go very light handed with this one. Just one swipe on your lower lip and then rub the lips and viola you will have a healthy mlbb kind of color
• Has the signature vanilla fragrance of MAC and comes in their regular packaging (MAC walo ab to humari Sarkar bhi badal gayi aap packaging kab badloge)
• I would like to give a little tip. You can apply as it is from the bullet or sometimes just dab the lipstick on your lips a few times and blend it with your ring finger applying least amount of pressure. This gives the feeling of oh so stained lips (im a sucker of lip stains) So you can carry this even for a formal meeting
• As we know I’m a sucker for lipstick stains and love lipsticks that leave out a stain after wearing so I love this. It leaves a uniform stain after wearing off
