Kick Ass Red

First up is the Ponds Femina Miss India 2013 Finale

where the sexy lady wore a  red Atsu Sekhose gown. The gown has beaded detailing at the top and the sleeves and a V cut out at the bust. The gown is good but I would have preferred a much softer bust line. I like how she has done her hair in a tight ponytail with side bangs falling on her forehead.  Love the makeup and hair!

Next up is the Forbes Million Race event where the stunner wore a red Nupur Kanoi high low suit. I have got a few high low tops but the high low suit idea never struck me…and I think its fantastic! The shoes are blah but look at the earrings man! They are by Eina Ahluwalia.

Talking of makeup and hair..I think she came straight from the Miss India night without bothering to change anything other than the earrings! Its the same hairdo but only a wee bit messier (again after a full night of booze :P ). As always the base makeup is perfect. The blush looks a tad heavy for a day event with so much of red going on already. For the red lipstick I’m still wondering what it could be? Beauty bloggers attention! I think she used a deepened red pencil as a base and then applied Mac Ruby Woo

all over the lips.

Between both the looks, I am picking up the second day look. Maybe because I’m partial to ethnic looks but only when they are done properly and not gawdy.
