Do you love matching your eye makeup with your dress? I do! It looks really good if done in a proper way. This eye shadow is just that kind, perfect for your party look with your favorite party dress! I love this rainbow eye shadow range by Inglot a lot and the various shades Inglot has are just amazing. I got this beautiful turquoise blue pan called 134 which I will review and swatch today. The rainbow range

has three shades of the same color in one pan. And this Satin range is part of the Color Play range which has 5 Freedom System Eyeshadows from 131 to 135.

In this cute little pan called 134 there is one deep turquoise shade at the bottom, a little bit lighter turquoise shade in the middle and an illuminating turquoise shade on the top.

Texture: All three shades on this pan are shimmery (sad face). It also has a satin finish to it which makes it look more beautiful on the skin. These shades are perfect for party look, can be worn with both Indian and Western attire.

Pigmentation: I am quite disappointed with the pigmentation. The lightest shade on the top is highly pigmented, and easy to apply. But the rest (especially the middle shade) are a bit lacking in pigmentation. I need to use an eye shadow applicator to apply them properly and even with the applicator, it takes about 5-6 swipes to get the coverage.

Lack of pigmentation is rarely heard along with Inglot, but as I said, I am bit disappointed with this.

Staying Power: There is no exception in the staying power of this eye shadow, as it stays put for almost 7-8 hours long only if I don’t interrupt by rubbing or touching it. It does not fade or fall off if untouched.

How I Applied It: I have used the deep shade in the inner corner and also in the outer edge of my eyes. And, I applied the middle shade right in the middle of my eye lids. I have used the lightest shade in the brow-bone area and in the tear duct area and also on the lower lash line.

The Not-so-Good Points about Inglot Freedom System Satin Rainbow Eyeshadow 134:

Final Verdict: Inglot Freedom System Satin Rainbow Eyeshadow 134 is a turquoise based trio. If I ignore the fact of pigmentation, I quite like this eye shadow pan. The color is definitely very beautiful and flattering for Indian skin tone. The presence of three shades is very useful for creating professional eye makeup looks. So, overall, I loved this eye shadow, for its long staying power, beautiful color and satin finish. Though, it can be used for party looks only, and yet I love having it in my drawer as turquoise is one of my favorite colors and I have turquoise dresses also!
