This is part 2 of the Goa diaries. If you don’t want to feel lost then I urge you to go read part 1 here to know the whats and whys! I told you I will be posting better pics with more details. So here let’s start from the start on the Goa adventures.
The Goa Photo Diary – Bloggers Meet 2014
Up up we fly. Had a flight around 11am
The interiors of the Zuri Hotel felt similar..very similar..the rooms..the colours..and then I found out that earlier it was known as Raddison Blu. Bang on! I loved my room. Shared mine with a fellow blogger who flew with me from Delhi. We were welcomed nicely and had a full map of the resort and the schedule along with a couple of boy Tshirts waiting for us in our rooms.
Quickly got ready for the high tea which was to be followed by a masterclass on Zest. I spent 5mins at max so yeah I can get ready super fast if the need arises.
Since the masterclass still had some time so we quickly sneaked out to explore the resort and the private beach Varca which I had heard a lot about. Guess who I came across? The popular blogger at The Life and Time of an Indian Homemaker. I had heard a lot about her and it was so goood to meet this lady in person (extreme left)
My neon pink envelope bag doing what its supposed to do!
And that’s Goa sunset at the Varca beach. I am telling you every blogger there took a similar shot. This place can turn even the most bakwas photographers into masters. I still can’t get over the view.
The Blogadda team had to call me to remind I should be at the party instead! So yeah rushed back for the Zesty presentation.
Since I had a full night ahead and I had a wifi to spent some time watching Queen and superwoman videos. Then went to the balcony and talked to sailor for hours. Who sleeps in goa!
And that’s some healthy breakfast. Surprisingly the only food shot I have from the entire trip.
Then after a quick briefing off we went on the goan roads! No makeup except for my fav lipstick these days – Avon Caressing Coral. Me thinks its a close dupe of MAC Dreaming Dahlia.
How I love the cute colour blocked houses in Goa. Btw I counted atleast 12 churches in our route. There is a church on every corner!
While Sushmita (my roomie, extreme left) drove most of the time, Nitika and I chit chated a lot and clicked a lot of Zelfies in Zest!
And here goes a photo session again!
This photo has a whole story to it. After coming back from the Zest drive (trust me I didn’t want to get out of the car. The long drive..goa roads..rain..company..everything was perfect) we had a quick lunch and after that we were supposed to check out and leave to catch our flight. BUTTTT how could I go without saying bye bye to the beach. So Nitika and I made a quick and quiet escape and came running to the beach. And bammm it started raining madly! But instead of going back we waited patiently under a tree and the sun got back within 5 mins! And off we ran to the white sands!
So yep that was Goa for me. Short and sweet. Hit it off with Bhumika and Nitika and had a great time with the girls. Also bumped into a lot of new bloggers. Thank you Blogadda and Tata Motors for the great hospitality.
