The comments I got in the teaser post are so interesting. Plus I got to know you and your tastes better. While some were really honest, others smart (haha I asked you to be) and some gave really sane advice. I f inally decided to stick to the spring theme of the contest and giving away the mint green watch as planned by me and Skagen team originally. Skagen is a Denmark brand and has been making sleek and classy designs from 25 years now. The watch you can win is from the spring 2014 collection and is worth 8K!

    I bought my first SKAGEN for my best friend on her 25th bday..this was almost 6yrs ago when I was a flight stewardess with Singapore airlines…having failed miserably in finding the perfect gift for her,sadly I boarded my flight to melbourne an that is when we were briefed on the latest introduction to our in-flight shop ,SKAGEN WATCHES.. the moment I laid my eyes on the beautiful matte silver watch I knew I had found the perfect gift for my friend..
    I was instantly attracted to its fusfree minimalistic yet chic n classic design..I knew she could wear this to a formal as well as a casual do with equal ease and elan..and I knew she loved it when she wore the watch to her wedding recently..unfortunately I could afford just one watch then and I am hoping that luck favors me an I win this mint beauty..fingers crossed

    I like Skagen because of the classy n luxe feel of the watches. This particular watch is perfectly girly, classy, minimalist and yet captures the fun element with the gorgeous colored strap.

    These are the best watches if you consider following things:

    1. Looks: The color of dial and the feeling of dial on hands is really beautiful. These are nice looking watches and very flat against the wrist. I like the style and size. It looks sophisticated. Very low profile, and looks very, very elegant. The crystals shine and sparkle. Beautiful, sparkly round diamond-like chips for the numbers. Lays flat against the wrist – not bulky and very comfortable. Easily adjustable band. Keeps good time. It is more professional piece of jewelry to wear to work. I am impressed.

    2. Size and thickness: If you search for slim watches, Skagen will be your first and final choice. Skagen’s designs are always very thin and streamlined.

    3. Band: Mesh Band is the specialty of skagen. Its un-comparable. Even the Leather and plastic/rubber straps are very classy and trendy. It would go with Indian as well as Western dresses. It looks good with Business suits or weekend t-shirt and Jeans attire too. The best part is, it doesn’t need to be fitted. The slide through band locks securely in place to fit any length and any wrist.

    4. Price: Considering the price for overall quality this watch is really affordable. For the price, you can’t beat the quality, workmanship and beauty of Skagen watches.

    Before commenting that why I <3 Skagen watches, let me announce that its a fantabulous giveaway, I am totally mesmerised by the beauty of this watch. Though I was eyeing the other watch, but this mint one is also gorgeous. I have literally zoomed the image and minutely observed it. ;) Who doesn't want Skagen watches, there are zillion of reasons for loving Skagen, its classy and elegant design, it's colour, it's look, it's stylish, it's long list of variety, it can easily make your girl friend's jealous, it can easily go with any dress or any occasion. I wanted to buy KLASSIK Analog Watch from a long time buts it's price tag was stopping me from doing this (I hope the sponsers are listening). :* But the price they charge for these heavenly pieces is totally justiciable.
