Wills Lifestyle Spring Summer 2015 Collection Review
On Day 5 of WIFW I am going to review the stunning new collection by Wills Lifestyle for Spring Summer 2015. The collection was displayed during the WIFW and I had a chance to preview it myself. Not just that I also spotted Neha Dhupia in a couple of outfits from the same. For the last post in the WIFW series let’s talk about my favourite pieces from the Wills collection and my overall thoughts on it.
My absolute favourite outfit from the Wills Lifestyle SS 2015 is this mint green Pankaj and Nidhi
dress. Given my weakness for mints and pastels, no doubt I have a similar lace mint shift dress in my wardrobe. I spotted Neha Dhupia on Day 4 in the Wills Lounge sporting the dress.
Next two must haves are these embroidered pieces from Pankaj and Nidhi designed exclusively for Wills. These are some great options for dressy night wear. And I quite like the fact that Neha Dhupia who is the twitter face of WIFW chose to wear pieces from their own collection. This was on Day3 in the Wills lounge. Not just the apparel but the makeup was perfect too with just the right amount of blush and contouring. I got a mini girl crush on her!
The aztec print jumpsuit screams of jungle safaris and sun. The colours are so rich and vibrant. And how cool is that structured navy blue jacket.
There are quite a few eye catching pieces if you look at formal wear for both men and women. The mustard suit speaks of class and boardrooms. Overall everyone will find something or the other from the collection that will just speak to you.
And with this the Wills Lifestyle Fashion Week comes to a wrap! It has been a crazy week. I have never felt so overworked like I did this time. From getting up early in the morning (10 is waaaay early for late nighters like me) to battling the mad Delhi traffic to reach Pragati Maidan, from running around in high heels all day to giving shout outs on instagram, from figuring out yet another setting your new camera to getting a mini shock at seeing 400 pictures in your memory card at the end of the day, from mentally breaking down the makeup of every celeb to making sure your red lipstick is intact after yet another meal, from running into some of your favourite people from the fashion industry to strategically avoiding the not-so-favourite ones..it has been crazzzyyyyy!
I’m happy that now I can go back to my late night movie marathons but I know I would miss this energy. There is something about fashion weeks that makes you feel so alive..so energetic. Thank you Wills Lifestyle and Popxo for having me over as your guest. Until next time!
