This one I do all the time. How many times does it happen that you ruin your base makeup while using some stupid eye shadow that just messes up everything. Now here is a small tip coming your way. Dust some loose powder with a fluffy eye shadow brush under and around your eyes while using shimmery eyeshadows. In case there is a fall out from the eye shadow, you can wipe off the powder with some cotton to not ruin your base makeup. You can also use this tip when you are using very dark eye shadows.
