Feels soo good to to wr ite for VNA. Today I will review and swatch my dream come true lipstick which is Christian Dior Addict Extreme in a rose pink shade called Lucky. It’s a beautiful princess like pink..not exactly coral but not exactly pink either..you can call it pinkishcoral pink! The packaging is uber classy and I just can’t stop showing it off! My mom says it feels like “mal mal” (silk) on lips. Well the price justifies it!

My Review:

Dior Lucky is a rose pink shade. And undeniable one of the best shades in Extreme Addict range. Its sheer so you need atleast 2 swipes for the colour to show. It covers lip pigmentation in a couple of swipes. There is no shimmer in it which I love.

My mother who is a beauty expert and hads her own beauty salon (someone who rarely gives a thumbs up to beauty products) even said “beta ye to mal mal lagta hai”. So indeed this is super soft on lips. It glides like butter. The texture is very creamy yet lightweight so a good option for summers.

The staying power is although average. The moment you eat something it just wears off. You only eat some popcorn or sip on some soft drink and see yourself UNDIORED in the mirror. I like MAC lipsticks for their wear time. You expect something more for the price you pay. It basically has no fragrance but wen u 1^st apply it you feel a mild soft scent for 7-8 seconds which fades away which I personally don’t mind.

The packaging is so unique and classy. I feel like a star applying it! I guess the price they charge is only for the beautiful design.

What I like about Dior Addict Extreme Lipstick 536 Lucky:

• Its DIOR..oh yeah I’m a Dior freak so I just lust this lipstick
• The texture is super super silky and creamy
• Even tough its a bright shade but if you apply a single coat then its perfect for college or office
• Doesnt have irritating shimmer but still so juicy
• It would suit all Indian skin tones
• Chic and classy packaging that comes with all dior products. It’s made in france

What I don’t like about Dior Addict Extreme Lipstick 536 Lucky:

• Staying power. Not expected from a Rs.1900 lipstick. Dear dior please improve that because I really saved and craved for you.
• You need to swipe it 2 to 3 times to get a rich color

Do I recommend it: Dior Addict Extreme Lipstick Luckyis a beautiful rose pink shade. If you want to graduate to a high end brand then go for it. Its super duper love and the shade its just yumm. What do you guys think? Would you like to shed 1900 buck for this lipstick. I would encourage you to try it out once. Its one of the most beautiful shades of pink that I have.
