Move over beauty with brains. Its time for beauty with heart! You know I generally don’t let anyone touch my things – makeup, bath, shoes, clothes, etc. But this time I generously asked everyone in my family to use the TBS Strawberry range without hiding it from me. Because I’m a Beauty with Heart! They would have secretly used it anyway

. In other news, Jacqueline Fernandez has been signed as the new face of The Body Shop and they have been celebrating it with the launch of the entire range of strawberry bath products.

This range has been there from a long time but this time they made some new additions to make the range complete with anything one might need in skin care department. TBS Straberry range includes: Body Polish, Body Butter, Body Mist, Eau De Toilette, Shower Gel, Puree Body Lotion, Beautifying Oil, Soap, Lip Balm, Hand Cleanse Gel, Lip Gloss and Lip Butter. Woah!

I got to know about it when they tweeted me asking about my seasons must have. If you love fruits especially berries and want to know about some fun bath products then read on.

The Body Shop Strawberry Body Butter Review

Okay I don’t really need to tell you about TBS body butters. I’ve explained myself well enough in the reviews for Vanilla Bliss , Cranberry and Ginger. While those are winter specials, this one is totally a summer fragrance. Not too fruity..not too sweet..just the right amount of berries in it. The fragrance is berry berry similar to the Cranberry body butter but I gots to have both!

My skin doesn’t need a heavy moisturizer in the summers but I still layer it with other products from this range just to make the fragrance last longer. I love the way it feels on my skin.

The Body Shop Strawberry Body Mist Review

The fragrance is fruitier and stronger than the body butter and shower gel but since its a mist and not a perfume so it comes out fresher. I like body mists because they smell more natural..not like an obvious perfume. Its not a summer fragrance only because I can see myself spritzing it all year round.

The fragrance lasts really well for a body mist. In this dilli ki garmi it lasts for around 2-3 hours on me so I’m expecting it to last 4-5 hours in winters. With layering you can increase the lasting power even more. It comes in a bulky glass bottle but I personally like plastic bottles which you can carry around in your bag.

The Body Shop Strawberry Shower Gel Review

I saved the best for last. You know when you are lazying around on weekends and pledge not to move. This shower gel makes sure I don’t skip my bath! Well..you know..as if you bath everyday! Ever since I got this I’ve been bathing not once but twice everyday just to smell it one more time. And not just me but everyone in my family is a fan of this.

Apart from the rich strawberries fragrance which doesn’t smell artificial, I like the rich red colour which looks quite luxurious against my other bath products in my bathroom. You need a teeny tiny amount each time so it will last you around 5 months. I’ve been using it from last one month and still 85% of the product is left. I suggest you use a loofah with it for the coarse scrubbing as its very moisturizing and sometimes you may feel it hasn’t washed off completely..you know the feeling you get from buttery soaps and body washes. The fragrance doesn’t last for long so I always layer it up with the body butter and body mist. Dry skin girls you gotta check this out.
