Skin prep: Make sure you are not wearing any makeup. Wash off your face with a mild cleanser and scrub gently. Also make sure you wash the strawberries before using them.
Strawberry Mask
You will need:
Ripe Strawberries…and that’s it!
Mash the strawberries in a mixer or with a folk and apply the pulp and juice all over your face and neck (don’t forget the neck!). Wait for some 15-20 mins and rinse off. Do this twice a week for a month and say bye bye to break outs.
Strawberry and Honey Mask
(This is for people with oily combination skin)
You will need:
5-6 strawberries
2-3 tbsp honey
Mash the honey wit a fork in a mixing bowl and add the honey. Honey is a natural moisturiser which will not clog your pores. Do it twice a week for clear moisturized skin.
Strawberry, Honey and Egg White Mask
(For oily skin)
You will need:
5-6 strawberries
2-3 tbsp honey
1 egg white
Mash the strawberry and add honey in a bowl. Stir and add the egg white. Mix all the ingredients well and apply with a face pack brush or cotton pad. Keep it on for 15-20mins and rinse off. Say hello to non-flaky yet non-oily skin!
Strawberry and Raw Milk Mask
(for natural cleansing and removing tan)
You will need:
4-5 strawberries
Raw milk
Mash the strawberries in a bowl and add 2-3 tbsp of raw milk in it. Now use a brush to apply the mixture. Let it be there for some 15mins and wash off with lukewarm water.
Strawberry Honey Smoothie Mask
(For dry under-nourished skin)
You will need:
4-5 strawberries
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp honey
Mash the strawberries in a bowl and add yogurt and honey in it. Mix it well and apply the mixture with clean hands or face pack brush. Rinse off after 15 mins. Say hello to baby soft and smooth skin.
Strawberry and Sugar Scrub
You must have heard a lot about the lemon+sugar scrub and how effective it is. But since some people are allergic to lemons since it so harsh and acidic, here is a natural scrub for sensitive skin.
You will need:
4-5 strawberries
2 tsp sugar
Mix the strawberries and sugar in a bowl. Make sure the sugar crystals are not too big or they can scratch your skin. Now rub the mixture gently on your skin in circular motions. And rinse off with warm water. Splash your face with cold water as a last rinse to close the pores. This is much more effective than over the counter scrubs, do try!
Strawberry Olive Oil Hair Mask
(for frizzy dry hair)
You will need:
6-7 strawberries
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1 egg yolk
Mash the strawberries and add olive oil and egg yolk to the it. Apply on every nook and cranny of your hair amd wear a shower crap if you don’t want to create a mess in your home! Wait for 10-15 mins and wash the hair like you normally do.
