Name: Shikha (entry #3)
Her eye makeup is named “Beach Time”. She was inspired by the clear blue waters and sparkling sands! I love how the shimmer is playing peek-a-boo with the eyes. Also, going light on the lower lash line was a good idea since its a beach inspired look.
