I am writing for the first time for my favourite blog VNA and I am very excited to share tits and bits of my experiences with you. And btw say good bye to the hot, harsh, sweating season and welcome to FALL. Tresemme is known for their great hair care products and innovating new products for different hair problems. Being a tresemme lover, I had to get my hands on their new launch called the Strength and Protect Ionic Strength Shampoo and Conditioner duo which was months ago but getting my hands on it was a pretty hard job. Let’s review the tresemme shampoo conditioner hair range.
Whenever i tried to get it from any online or local shops it was always out of stock and that made me realise that it has become a very popular brand ( being a new launch). So finally after so long , I will be reviewing it for you girls. I am using Tresemme Ionic Strength regularly for my long hair without replacing it with any other brand from quite a long time. My experience has been great. I have used each range of their hair products.
TRESEMME CLAIMS: Hair can lose its strength and nourishment if damaged. Tresemme IONIC STRENGTH contains salon grade ionic complex , which helps restore and nourish your hair, reinforcing its natural protection to damage.

My Review of Tresemme Ionic Strength Shampoo and Conditioner:
This is the new innovation my Tresemme for damaged hair due to extreme heat and styling. I don’t use heat on my hair that often but they still got damaged because of extreme Delhi Heat and pollution in past weeks.
I have long hair and need extra care as they gets easily damaged on the ends. My mom always oils my hair a night before my hair wash though i hate oiling. The next morning i wash my hair with this Tresemme strength and protect shampoo and conditioner. I take medium quantity of shampoo for washing my hair but was surprised that even a small quantity was be enough to wash them. It lathers even more than Tresemme keratin smooth (my previous shampoo). After rinsing my hair with water it feels super smooth and shiny. It looks like the results you get after you use a conditioner. I w as surprised. Then I use the ionic conditioner for 2 minutes and again rinse. Now the hair looks even more glossy than before.
After air drying my hair, i go ahead to comb which is usually a disaster for me as it is very painful to detangle my long hair. Again i was surprised because it took me just 5 minutes to detangle my hair which usually takes 20 to 25 minutes. My hair feels super glossy, smooth and soft. When I use the ionic tresemme shampoo conditioner it feels like a good hair day as my hair gets manageable with no hair fall and get detangled easly.

- Reduces damage and hair fall to a great extent.

- Small quantity is enough for even long hair.

Cons of TRESemme Ionic Strength Shampoo and Conditioner:
- May not work very well for extremely damaged hair.
- Not for thin hair because it weigh downs hair a bit.

CONCLUSION: I am in love with my hair since i have started using tresemme ionic range. Definitely a must try. According to me if you are looking for a good hair care product, this is for you. It does what it claims. Makes my hair super soft, shiny, frizz free and detangled with minimal hair fall. After the first wash only you will be surprised to see your hair from damaged to healthy .
