Makeup Tutorial: Priyanka Chopra Oscars 2016 Inspired Makeup Look

Priyanka Chopra attended the 88th Oscar’s Academy Awards on Sunday, Feb 28, 2016 at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. One of the most famous actresses in Bolywood, Piggy Chops nailed the red carpet look in her gorgeous white Zuhair Murad gown and jewellery worth over $8 million! Yeah PC really knows how to make an appearance, right ladies? For those of you who have loved her look in Oscars, I have brought a step by step makeup tutorial. For those who didn’t, well, a little information doesn’t hurt anyone! I will be showing you my priyanka chopra inspired makeup bag to replicate the makeup products she used. I will be doing the PC eye makeup, lip makeup, cheeks, etc in detailed steps to keep it very simple and easy for you.

Besides being the leading lady in American series Quantico, she’s also bagged a part in the upcoming Hollywood movie Baywatch opposite ever famous actors Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) and Zac Efron; beat that!! Have you seen her preview picture of Baywatch on the internet? Wearing a sexy white dress, high heels, crimson lips, minimal makeup and loose wavy hair the actress is looking beautiful

and HOT. Though the makeup is very much similar to what the former Miss World wore in the Oscars, she got her hair styled differently and looked very elegant.

Step by Step Priyanka Inspired Makeup Tutorial:

How to do the Base Makeup:

Let’s begin with a clean and moisturised face. Apply suitable primer and your foundation. Conceal dark circles, dark spots, pigmentation and everything else that needs concealing. Powder your face to set everything in place and move on to the eyes.

Step 1: Prime your eyes with a suitable primer.

Step 2: PC has very minimal eye makeup on. She had on just some bronze shadow. So let’s just deepen the crease a little with a taupe shadow and a fluffy bush.

Step 3: Apply a bronze shadow all over your lid.

Step 4: Darken the outer-V of the eyes with a soft brown shadow. This step is important.

Step 5: Highlight the brow bone with a matte nude shadow and blend all the harsh lines to make it look natural.

Step 6: Starting from where your eyelashes actually start, apply thin eyeliner (preferably kohl pencil) keeping close to the lash line.

Step 7: Give the eye liner a smokey effect by smudging it with matt dark grey eye shadow. Try not to cover the eye lid very much and keep as close to the lash line as possible.

Step 8: Now tight line your upper waterline with a black kohl pencil.

Step 9: Apply thick coats of mascara, on the upper lashes. Apply a single coat on the lower lashes. The eye makeup look is done. Shape and fill your brows but remember to keep it natural.

How to do the Cheeks:

PC looks as if she doesn’t have any blush on. The contouring is barely visible too. So let’s keep to a natural looking cheek contour using any technique that you like.

Step 10: I am using little bit of same taupe shadow I used in the crease of my eyes for cheek contouring.

Step 11: To add some glow to the face, use a peach colour blusher with none or tiny amount of shimmer. Do not exaggerate anything, the key is to keep it all very natural and subtle.

Lip Makeup inspired by Chopra

Priyanka’s look was all about lips. She kept everything else subdued and put on a berry-brown coloured lip shade that complemented her dusky skin tone so well.

Step 12: Now to finish the look, apply similar shade of berry-brown satin finish lipstick.

I know we cannot have that breath taking gown or those huge sparkling rocks to complete our look (HAHA I got them anyway, thanks to photoshop), but we can always smile that million dollar smile and enjoy ourselves like she in the Oscars 2016. Do comment below to let me know more similar shades of PC lipstick and your opinion on our Desi girl’s look?

  2. Thanks for making me to attain new strategies about personal computers. I also have belief that certain of the best ways to help keep your notebook computer in excellent condition is to use a hard plastic-type case, or maybe shell, that fits over the top of your computer. These kind of protective gear will be model precise since they are manufactured to fit perfectly in the natural casing. You can buy all of them directly from the seller, or from third party sources if they are intended for your laptop computer, however its not all laptop could have a spend on the market. Once again, thanks for your ideas.
