  • Peanut butter: 1 cup
  • Egg: 1 (large)
  • Granulated sugar: 1 cup
  • Sugar: ¼ teaspoon (for rolling)

Step by Step Recipe:

  • In a bowl, thoroughly mix the peanut butter, egg and sugar until you get a smooth creamy mixture
  • Spread cookie sheet neatly on your kitchen cook top and with the help of teaspoon drop this mix on cookie sheet maintaining a gap of two inches between each drop. To make your peanut butter cookies sweeter you can roll in some little more sugar before laying the drops on cookie sheet
  • Next use a fork to press; then press in the other direction too

  • Baking powder: 1 tsp

  • In a bowl, thoroughly mix sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla and butter to make a smooth mixture

  • Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan of dimension 9X 12

  • Strawberry gelatin: 6 ounce
  • Condensed milk: 1 can
  • Finely grated coconut: 1 cup
  • Icing sugar (green)

Step by Step Recipe:

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl just keep aside 2 tablespoon of the strawberry gelatin to be used later
  • Put the mix in the refrigerator to make it chilled
  • Then give it the shape of mouthwatering strawberries and dust each berry with remaining strawberry gelatin that you had kept aside
  • Use the icing sugar to make an interesting hull shape on the tip of each strawberries
  • Again put all the strawberries into the refrigerator and get it chilled until its crispy firm

4. Yummy Almond Cake for Christmas:

Ingredients:

  • Melted butter: 1 cup
  • Flour: 1 & 2/3 cups
  • Beaten Eggs: 2
  • Powdered sugar: 1 & ½ cup
  • Salt: 1/4th teaspoon
  • Almond essence: 2 tbsp
  • Sliced almonds: ½ cup
  • Cooking oil: ½ teaspoon

Step by Step Recipe:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit
  • In a bowl mix all ingredients thoroughly until you get a smooth creamy mixture. You however need to keep 1 tbsp sliced almonds aside
  • Grease baking bowl with cooking oil
  • Pour batter into the baking bowl. Roll in the reserved sliced almonds to make the top layer and bake for at least half an hour to give your almond cake a rich golden brown look

5. Chocolate Cake with Yummy Fudge Icing:

Ingredients:

  • Flour: 1 & ½ cup
  • Dark cocoa powder (unsweetened): ½ cup
  • Milk: ½ cup
  • Melted butter: 1 cup
  • Unsalted yoghurt: 1 cup
  • Condensed milk: 1/4th tin (for icing)
  • Cocoa powder: 4 tbsp (for icing)
  • Chopped walnuts: ½ cup
  • Butter: 2 tbsp (for icing)
  • Sodium bicarbonate: 1 tsp
  • Condensed milk (sweetened): ½ tin

Step by Step Recipe:

  • Heat the oven to 180 degree centigrade
  • Mix together the Flour, sodium bicarbonate and cocoa powder
  • In a bowl, mix the butter and yoghurt and whip until the mixture turns creamy and light. Add to it the mix of flour, cocoa powder and sodium bicarbonate plus pour in the condensed milk and finally add the chopped walnuts. Mix all ingredients thoroughly
  • Grease the baking tray and pour this mix onto the tray. Then bake at least for half an hour.
  • While the cake gets baked, you start preparing the icing. In a bowl, mix well cocoa powder, condensed milk and butter. Beat the mixture thoroughly and microwave for at least 20 seconds.
  • Once the cake is baked and is a little cool, spread it all over your cake. Let it settle down until it solidified into a yummy fudge icing. Your chocolate fudge Christmas cake is ready!

6. Mango Cheese Cake for Christmas:

Ingredients:

  • Condensed Milk (sweetened): 1 tin; i.e. 400 gm
  • Chopped mangoes: 1 bowl (400 gm)
  • Cottage cheese (finely grated): 200 gm
  • Gelatin: 3 tsp
  • Mango essence: ¼ tsp
  • Fresh cream: 4 cups
  • Water: ½ cup

Step by Step Recipe:

  • Warm water in a sauce pan over gas stove and mix gelatin into it. Keep stirring until you see it melting.
  • In a mixer-blender, thoroughly blend grated cottage cheese, sweetened condensed milk, the melted gelatin and the mango essence
  • Add a part of the mango pieces reserving some for garnishing and blend for another round until all ingredients are perfectly blended
  • Whip fresh cream generously and add into this mix
  • Next pour into moulds that are wet and refrigerate. Once chilled and solidified, un-mould and cut into yummy square shapes. Garnish with mango slices on the top to give your mango cheese cake a mouthwatering look
