I got to know about her when I searched for my favourite movie Devdas’ outfit. Since then my knowledge about her personal and professional life has only increased. She is most awarded fashion designer and has won National Award four times. Avant garde movies like Taal, Jodha Akbar, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Chandni are credited to her. Flowing chiffon sarees in Chandni and authentic classic sarees in Devdas were definitely a trendsetter.
Bollywood Inspiration: wedding dresses of Aishwarya Rai Bachhan, Genelia D’souza and Esha Deol were made by Neeta Lulla.

Yet another face behind much needed makeover of some actresses (Vidya balan, Rani Mukerji). He brings glamour to simple and age old Indian fabrics like no one else. He has brought back Kanjivaram, banarsi and cotton to the ramp. His Bridal wear highlight the same characteristic.

Another favourite of bollywood celebrities and name behind many outstanding dresses in Movies. My favourite is Bipasha’s look in Omkara. His dresses along with his accessory line are magnificent.
