All Good Scents Perfumes Urbane Nights, Love and Joy Reviews
My brother has this Deathly Hallows locket which he proudly shows off to anyone remotely interested. And for some reason the logo of this new fragrance website All Good Scents looks very similar. I know I know they aren’t same but for for some reason its equally mysterious! If any of you is into signs and symbols then do lemme know what it means! Anyhoo I have two of their premium fragrances up for review today. One is a very girly EDP called Love and Joy while Urbane Nights is a woody manly perfume.
All Good Scents Claims: Much like musical notes make up a song fragrance notes are necessary to make a perfume. Overall, there are three note scales that when blended together create the perfume’s fragrant accord. All Good Scents has based its LOGO on this pertinent allegory of the perfume world- The Perfume Pyramid.
APPLICATION:
Top Notes: (Within 5 minutes) The initial whiff, the first few seconds of the perfume. The top notes of a fragrance are generally the lightest of all the notes. They are recognized immediately upon application of the perfume. Common fragrance top notes include citrus (lemon, orange zest, bergamot), light fruits (grapefruit, berries) and herbs (clary sage, lavender).
Heart Notes: (6 to 8 hours) The heart notes, make an appearance once the top notes evaporate. A perfume’s heart is often a smooth combination of floral or fruit tones. Common fragrance heart notes include geranium, rose, lemongrass, ylang ylang, lavender, neroli and jasmine.
Base Notes: (8+ hours) The base notes are the final fragrance notes that appear once the top & heart notes have evaporated. These often, rich notes linger on the skin for hours after the heart notes have dissipated. Common fragrance base notes include cedar wood, sandalwood, vanilla, amber, patchouli, oak moss and musk.

The packaging is ombre yellow which looks very girly on the dresser. It has got top notes of Litchi which is very new for me. Litchi! After setting for a bit it smells of roses and magnolia. The base notes are powdery and musky. Although it has a generous blend of flowers, it smells more fruity than floral on me. It lasts for 6-8 hours on me. If you like sweet smelling fragrances then you would like this one a lot.

The packaging is matte black which I totally adore. Looks very mysterious. Its out and out a woody men’s scent and I totally dig it. I don’t know why I dig manly scents a lot! You can smell peppermint as soon as you spray it and it settles into something spicy after some time. Out of the two I like this one more. It lasts around 5-6 hours on me which is good at this price point.

Overall All Good Scents has got a wide variety of daily as well as premium perfumes. If I am not wrong then this is the first fragrance website in India.
