Soo this is my b’day month you know and what better excuse than to scour the city’s malls for all those guilty treats you cant justify getting throughout the year. Enter- my new obsession with Estee Lauder and enter- their newly launched sculpting envy lipsticks! The shades are just wow and it took all my mind power to refrain myself from getting a couple more so that’s the shade today- Rebellious Rose! Let’s start with the reviews and swatches.

My Review:
The packaging is to die for..literally..with its trademark navy blue and golden tube and oh lord..a magnetic click-cap. Why oh why does luxury come so steep.
The bullet has a weird shape, as they claim for sculpting but personally I like my normal straightforward bullets better..oh well.
The texture is really really good..creamy, smooth, very very hydrating and applies evenly in a jiffy. Smoothens fine lines/ lip lines and gives a glossy hot pout!
The shade rebellious rose is a rich sexy rose pink color which because of its tiny coral pink hint can rock so many different complexions! It brightens my face up as soon as I put it on and sometimes when I need to tone it down a bit I just slather a nude lippie on top! Ta-da! (look at my last lotd for reference)
The pigmentation is great and applies opaque in 1-2 light swipes! It lasts on my lips very well too, well beyond 4-5 hours, a marvel ‘cause it is very smooth and creamy. It wears off and stays as a tint which is very pretty too! It has a slight vanilla fragrance which is yummy.

Do I recommend? At this price I will get killed if I recommend it :P but still if you are a lipstick madcap and hoarder like I am you ought to check out this new range from estee lauder which has very recently been launched in india :D the textures are velvety, awesome shades, beautiful creamy finish and gorgeously hydrating! Thumbs up!
