Kareena Kapoor Makeup Looks with Lakme Eyeconic kohl Shades
You have already read reviews and swatches of the new Eyeconic kohl shades by Lakme which got launched recently. Sarah Jane Dias and Kareena Kapoor have done some DIY eye makeup looks with the kajals to give you some ideas and inspirations on how to use and colour coordinate each of the 5 new shades: Green, Blue, Grey, White and Brown. I’m compiling the makeup breakdowns and youtube video tutorials. The looks are pretty dramatic so you would need some toning down for daily wear but all of them are pretty beautiful. A couple of the tutorials even have some tricks on how to apply a winged liner with the Lakme kajals.
Mumbai, 10th April 2014: This summer, give your black kajal a break! Let your eyes be the focus as you go Eyeconic in color with five brand new looks from Lakme. The all new Lakme Eyeconic in shades of White, Green, Grey, Brown, and Blue let you give a twist to your traditional Black eyes, making them look bigger and more dramatic. With the new range by your side, you can go from natural earthy eyes during the day to totally mesmerizing smokey eyes at night.
Each Eyeconic shade is easy to apply and requires zero maintenance, just like your regular black kajal. In merely one stroke the kajal promises a smudge-free professional finish up to 10 hours. It comes with a waterproof formulation that allows one to be carefree while washing face or even travelling. It is dermatologically tested and is safe to apply with its two-way retractable twist-up format.
Created in collaboration with Daniel Bauer, Lakme Make-up Expert, the five unique looks have been demonstrated through the gorgeous Kareena Kapoor. True to their name, White Intervention, Divine in Green, Grey Goddess, Brown Haze and Bolt of Blue will make sure that this summer, all attention stays on your eyes!.
A dash of white on the waterline creates the illusion of bigger eyes, making it an uber chic look for women who embrace that perfect blend of profession and high-fashion.
Lakme Eyeconic Bolt of Blue:
Got a night out? This no fuss liner look will make your eyes look mystical while adding drama to your overall persona.
I’m totally loving how they have smoked out the kohl in brown tutorial. I like sift brown smudged looks more than harsh blacks. Also coming up a tutorial on the dramatic Kareena Kapoor Lakme look.
